Everything needs to grow. Growth comes in phases, and every preceding phase must be attended to properly before moving to the next phase. 

We humans grow from foetus to adulthood and at every phase there are responsibilities placed on us which must be undertaken. 

The pace at which you complete your task during a phase will determine how fast you move to the next phase. 

This also applies to the time we start, which affects when we proceedto the next phase. You do not expect those who started investing in their growth long before you started to be at the same place as you.

How we complete our task will determine the quality of our lives in the next phase.
