I am currently focusing on the boy child, teenagers and young men, to unravel the root cause of behavioral patterns that are founded on experiences during childhood or adolescent age.

I am driven to help men rediscover themselves by giving them the platform to speak up, share their hurt, express their feelings, tell the stories regarding their boyhood that no one bothered to ask, listen to or anticipated.

Laying emphasis on the girl child while forgetting that the rate of self-harm, suicides, terrorism and the likes are exhibited by an alarming number of the male figure. The male child is also exposed to sexual abuse, sexual harassment, rape, maltreatment, emotional torture, domestic violence at different stages of their lives. Being masculine does not make men void of tears, depression, mental pause, regrets, traumatic moments. Although they hide in their masculinity, it is easy for them to resort to habits which they feel will camouflage those dark areas such as drugs, smoking, alcoholism, bullying, violence and the likes.

I am convinced to believe that the scenes and experiences people encountered in their formative years are responsible for their responses to their environments, the way they treat the female gender, their academic performance,  leadership style they adopt, the extent of brutality they exhibit, dealing with life challenges, dealing with failures, the extent to which they maintain a successful relationship, their career choice, and career growth.

I sincerely advocate that the solution to a problem does not lie in only identifying the symptoms and proffering solutions to deal with those symptoms rather digging into the root cause of the problem, then tackling the source. This approach will not only provide a balanced man who in himself becomes whole in spirit, soul, and body, it will also create a society that is balanced, a dramatic paradigm shift for gender equality, but it also promotes the campaigns on women inclusion, a natural coexistence is easily achieved.

I will leverage the inspiration of the holy spirit to accomplish this mission, partner with national and international organizations, partner with individuals that share this philosophy, focus on research, and participate in counseling in order to impact this space.
